Okay, so I love Moments of Triumph this year. I gotta go back and play my favorite raids and do stuff that is enjoyable in this game because it’s seasonal stuff and the season is good. I love the fact we can get rewarded for the raids with a dope looking ring. Here’s the problem: $125 for a raid ring? That’s just a little under double the amount of the deluxe edition of Beyond Light. A tiny ring versus a year long investment shouldn’t have that vast of a price difference. Look I love playing Destiny, always have always will, even when I take breaks due to content droughts. But I’m about to go to college, which is expensive as is. I want the ring, but not at the cost of college money. Look Bungie, your game is great and your raids are fun, but a ring for that price isn’t something I (due to the timing of my graduation year and everything) cannot buy into, as much as that ring is amazing looking.

6 RepliesAddendum: I get it. It’s not necessary to buy the ring to keep playing the game. I wasn’t saying it was. That’s outta the way. After some research I can see that yes silver is fairly expensive. But I still don’t see it warranting a high price like that due to it’s size. I may have a completely stupid opinion that isn’t based around facts but in my opinion it still seems like a high price for something as small as that. Especially when it’s just bling, not an investment like say, the Collector’s Edition of Beyond Light.

2 RepliesLast I checked, I think it was 125$ if you didn’t earn it but only 50$ if you actually did all the raids.

1 ReplyThree Rings for the Streamer-kings under the sky, Seven for the Clan-lords in their halls of stone, Nine for Casual Men doomed to die, One for the Dark Luke on his dark throne In the Land of Bungie where the Shadows lie. One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them In the Land of Bungie where the Shadows lie.

ikr!? Luke Smith holds our entire families hostage until we buy this raid ring.

9 RepliesYeah, I could see maybe $80, but $125 for a ring that players earn the ability to buy and that probably costs maybe $5 to make and another $5 to ship is way overkill. Pure greed.

It's silver. Silver isn't cheap.

In all fairness, its solid silver and custom made. 🤷♂️
