I bought The last of us part 2 and decided to let my son play it, he is old enough and he played the first one so I had no problem with it. Long story short, my nephew got on his case talking trash to him about supporting the company because of his beliefs and was sending YouTube videos about the game he didn't play. So because some Youtubers said this or that about something, it must be true right? You, people, need to speak for yourself and stop using YouTubers because not a damn one of them will ever speak for me, even if though this broken company says they do. Knowing how this company put streamers way above the player base that most are no better than this company because they lie to make a living, I can care less about what any of them think because most of them don't give a rats ass about anyone but themselves. Just lost a game where a hunter was using a shitty rolled Gnawing Hunger and it was shredding us as if it had max stacks of multikill clip, yet all it had was swashbuckler for damage, and he hadnt melee'd anyone. Clearly aimbotting to headshot perfectly every time. And that was just in the glory solo playlist! God knows what its like in Trials.

Cheaters literally come to this game, not bc they like it or want to play it, but only bc they can cheat and get away with it. Its free to play so if they do get caught (they don't unless they're absolute morons) they just make a new account or purchase a new one someone is selling. Heres the shitty thing. We keep thinking eventually bunige will fix this. They won't. I don't think they can. They're working on an ancient engine/networking infrastructure i'm sure that hinders them. They've struggled since shadowkeep and no improvments. They should probably hire some consultants to just work on this alone. Cheating is killing the game mode and as much as I love it. I woudn't mind if they just got rid of it until they can figure something out bc its just a disaster and its going to start finding its way more in QP also as well. The neglect is downright insulting as a player and consumer of this game. Oh well.

I have heard from people that there is serious cheating when Invading in Gambit on especially sweaty matches when all some want to do is Invade and dump on other players. I have not actively noticed it before although been in matches where an invader comes in constantly and kills everyone very quickly as soon as they come over.

If you look up destiny on steam, the reviews are 'really positive'. So bungie has no reason to take drastic mesures. However if we would lower the NPS (Net Promoter Score) by writing bad (honest) reviews, I assure you they will act upon it. So I would encourage everyone to go on steam or other platforms and give a thumbs down. Saying you cant recommend this game because it's overun by cheaters and the developers are failing to take drastic mesures (for over about 8 months). You are not even lying.

With every decision they've made lately, it really shows they don't care. Its frustrating. Its disappointing. More importantly, they've ruined this game that until recently I use to enjoy. PVE seems okay for the most part but PVP is just trash and barely worth the pinnacle grind.
