I have fiber 1gb internet and the fact I'm constantly getting beaver error codes and can't get a friend to join my game without someone getting disconnected is kinda pathetic. Every other game I play there's 0 issue it's only destiny 2. How can they be this many years into game making and still have the worst net code? I've played indie games with a superior net code. I don't know what I can do to fix this at this point

still have the worst net code
It was created when Cavemen roamed on earth LOL is this your modem https://www.centurylink.com/home/help/internet/modems-and-routers/actiontec-c3000a.html If you have access to the modem https://www.centurylink.com/home/help/internet/modems-and-routers/advanced-setup/upnp.html Check if UPNP is enabled.

4 RepliesOther games more likely do not use peer-to-peer connection model, which makes them not comparable in terms of connectivity quality. Destiny 2 requires only 1Mbps up/down; the connection stability is key, not speed. I personally have Moderate NAT and have no issues. If you'd provide more details on your Network setup, it would be easier to provide some input. Most importantly, I'd be interested to hear whether you have UPnP or port forwarding enabled.
