I've found that I'm unable to claim the "Means to an End" quest on my Hunter. This prevents me from participating in the new exotic quest. I switched over to my titan and was able to get the "Means to an End" quest, and progress up to the point that I should have been able to launch "Interference," but I'm unable to do so as it requires progress in the "Growth" quest, which to my knowledge is given to the player by the Prismatic Recaster. I've not been able to get this quest, which is preventing me from getting the new exotic weapon until the issue is resolved. I hope it will be soon, but in the mean-time, I do want to know if there are any fixes that I could do myself. Is there anything I can do?

Sorry if this is a bit late but I have found a solution if anyone else stumbles across this bug. This bug happened for me because I accepted both means to an end quest and growth quest at the same time, which made them conflict. When accepting the growth quest, it gives it to all your characters so for me I had to go on each character and abandon the growth quest I individually. Once none of the characters have the growth quest, should be able to launch the interference mission. I'm assuming if you only have 1 character then just abandoning the growth quest on that 1 will work.
