I PREORDERED THE NEW CONTENT FOR SEPTEMBER BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PREORDER REWARDS. ALL MY BUDDIES WHO EXPERIENCED THE SAME ISSUE SAY THERE WAS AN UPDATE THAT ALLOWED YOU GET THEM FROM THE CRYPTARCH. I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN OR BEEN ABLE TO GET THEM. PLEASE HELP
