Please Buff FROST-EE5
These exotic boots could use some loving, especially in PvE.

1 ReplyThey don't actually do anything. I've timed the cool down speeds with and without and they are just the same, nothing is different. I don't see why they are not the same and the Titans Chest peice.

Having a 100 discipline you can get grenades every 15 seconds or less with those boots. Using a void subclass with oppressive grenades and those boots and you become pretty powerful. Add a grenader modifier to an activity and you can constantly spam your grenade. These boots work on all subclasses and recharges all 3 abilities. Warlock have the exotic gauntlets for void grenades and titans have the chest piece for solar subclass but require you to have a full super to get the full effect of quick recharge of solar abilities. I think frosties are fine where they are.

Idk about you, but they're still my favorite exotic. Only time I ever take them off is when my team forces me to use celestial nighthawk
