Iron Banner sucks
It isn’t fun, the bounties take too long to finish, the matches are stingy as hell with tokens and thanks to both I can’t grind for the gear efficiently. For the love of God Bungie PLEASE make this mode easier to grind. I just wanted to farm the new weapons for rolls and I don’t even wanna play anymore.

Why would they make something that's not about 24/7, easy to grind? For that 1 week you should have to put in the effort, if you want something out of it. By the very nature of it only being about that 1 week, it should be different. That's my 2 cents

4 RepliesThere are 5 “weekly” bounties. Easy to complete by simply just playing and nothing more. You can cash in tokens and get drops without having to do any previous bounty quest. What’s the problem?

That's why I'm glad that I had like 1400 tokens because I refused to jump through hoops just to be allowed to turn them in to Saladblends in previous Iron Banners. Try your best not to let the game play you and sometimes you come out on top. I think I'm past 20k crucible tokens too because when they started giving less of them it just made me greedier. If Shaxx ever offers something worthwhile I'm going to get mooltiples of them.

Indeed. I have only gotten one piece of armor so far. I miss the days when Lord Saladtoss offered five bounties. One for each of the armor pieces. Even if they will all likely have trash stat rolls, I hate not collecting each piece.

15 RepliesThe bounties only took me 2 hour max per character, you have all week to do them. Iron banner has never been easier to complete now.

I only agree with Tokens. But the Bounties are so easy and they removed the stupid weapon quest. Iron Banner is much much much better than before

3 RepliesJust need more tokens post game. 3 for a loss takes too long for one rank up. I'm bang average at pvp and didn't mind the bounties too much, but when they're done, and you're then losing the majority of matches, knowing you have to play maybe 5, 6 or 7 games for one rank up, it needs addressing. Like a lot of activities in Destiny 2, once you've got your pinnacles, that's that for a lot of people.

It’s great when a team gets mercy quit and they split up everyone. Then it takes 5 minutes to find a new match, THEN we all fly in and start it all over again. The new matching making isn’t faster in the long run if the teams are so varied you never play a decent full game. They need to speed up the process on the next gen systems for the love of Pete! I work for a living, I can’t spend 2 hours in orbit to finish bounties I used to do in a few matches.

1 ReplyIron Banner has been crap for a very long time, instead of reworking their lazy system they make it harder for us to grind, oh and I do recall Bungo saying that " We don't want the game to be just a grind" yet this is what they are doing. Basically very little missions with the new DLC's. I love the game but am so sick of the same shit every day for little reward.
