Does the vex mind Quria control the Taken?
In the Contact public event Eris says a bit of dialogue along the lines of "Savathün must posses great strength to wield Quria this way". This is said as the Taken are appearing. I know that Oryx gifted Quria to Savathün after he caught it trying to simulate him, but that bit of dialouge makes it sound as if Savathün controls the Taken through Quria. Is this the case?

To add to Archival’s point, Quria cannot Take in the traditional sense. The strange Taken activity you see in the Io world quest is down to Quria attempting to Take in it’s own way.

2 Replies<Yeah. Quria, after being Taken, essentially gained the ability to do what it couldn't when it was normal, and simulate Oryx perfectly. Savathun dragged it away from Oryx in order to control it without her brother's will hanging over it. Savathun now acts as both a master and a battery to Quria, controlling it but giving it the ability to Take, which it can't do on its own despite having the knowledge to do so.>
