Are the Vex able to speak?
Title. Can the Vex race talk? And if so, how would they do it? Are they only able to converse with certain races, or only amongst each other?

Edited by Grays_KS27: 7/3/2020 4:52:51 PMTechnically speaking the Vex can’t speak, because they’re pools of microorganisms with no mouths and are connected as one mind. But they can learn languages and use their chassis to mimic the languages and speak. We have lore of them speaking in English, Eliksni, and even mimicking radio interference.
