Iron Banner armor drop rates are trash
I've been trying to get the legs for my hunter and I've used all of the tokens I got from the bounties on ALL OF MY CHARACTERS already! I just keep getting these crappy iron banner weapons. I even accidentally trashed my iron banner helm for my hunter and haven't gotten a new one of those either. Out of 800 IB tokens. I should've got the armor pieces I needed at least ONCE! Is that too much to ask? They probably did that on purpose though. Since everyone was complaining about them using the same Iron Banner armor for several seasons now. I bet they figured they can shut people up for a while if they can't collect the whole set in one go. I doubt I'd be able to get all 3 had I tried. But the Hunter set is the only one that looks good. Titan and Warlock are practically the same. Just roundish brown blobs. They didn't try at all with their armor. They really show how much they don't give a damn about this game anymore.

All I get is armor. The sidearm though not since I've finished the quest.

I have issue with the stingy end of match drops. Was never this bad. 1080 ordeal nightfalls too this season.

2 Repliessame here, i'm trying to get the auto rifle. after doing all of the weekly bounties of all three characters, i got one auto rifle to drop that was a worse roll than the one i got from the quest. the problem is that the loot pool is way too big to efficiently farm for the rewards you want and that IB games aren't rewarding at all. Paul tassi just made a video about this so i hope that bungie actually takes action on this. they said that they want more player agency but this crap still happens. please make a focused engram for iron banner, like the umbrals from this season.

For several seasons there used to be 5 quest bounties for the whole set of armor per character...many posted they “didn’t like it” or “it’s too grindy” so it was removed.

The more you play, the less chances you’re going to loot what you need, until you go beyond the 3 STDev rule. That’s how bungie’s rng works, unfortunately. Good luck!

I got 5 fools remedy in a row from tokens. But ended up w full armor sets for totan and warlock. Havent ran hunter. And got a god roll auto.
