Xbox to Steam Cross save issues
Hi, I recently built my PC (yesterday), but I set up my cross save when the option first became available, unfortunately, I realized yesterday that I linked the wrong Steam account. I have already purchased the Destiny expansions on this Steam account as well as many other games over the years. I tried to deactivate the cross save, but I had purchased Silver on my Xbox account too recently so it wouldnt let me. Is this something that I can be assisted with?

1 ReplyHi there. Unfortunately the only way to change the accounts you have linked to Cross Save is to deactivate it first. It's an intentional security measure to prevent disabling Cross Save for 90 days after purchasing Silver, but you can still contact Bungie for assistance in deactivating it via the form at the bottom of this article. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 That said, if they do disable it for you, you will still be required to wait the additional 90-day lockout for disabling Cross Save before you can enable it again with your intended Steam account.
