I've read online and watched videos and it comes from flashpoints but heres where im a little lost. Is it talking about the public event bosses, or any yellow health barred boss wandering around? I've also heard when you make a public event heroic a second boss spawns and if you kill them then you have a chance at this emblem. Currently the flashpoint is on Nessus and I have been doing several heroic public events and not once have I seen a second bond spawn only the main one am i doing something wrong?
