Revive button issue with custom controller scheme
Summary: revive button does not reassign properly on custom controller scheme
To replicate on Xbox:
1. create a custom controller built around Jumper
2. Go to Additional Settings on the left
3. Assign Interact as B button
4. Go to a patrol location and kill yourself
5. Screen shows you should press B to Revive yourself. It wont work.
6. Using X button (the original Jumper revive button) will revive you
