Emblems obtained when purchasing from the Bungie Store have disappeared from my account.
My account had several dozen emblems, including obtained from the Bungie Store. Yesterday I noticed that all these emblems were gone and only the main emblems were left for Event.

5 RepliesEmblems from the store or foundation are redeemed via codes on your bungie.net profile. They are not tied to any platform account, but rather your bungie profile. The profile you are posting from is one day old, created on 27 June 2020. So unless you redeemed these codes in the last 24 hours then you have another Bungie profile somewhere that holds these codes.
