• To elaborate further on what Tuxy has shared: If you have already contacted Xbox support, and they were unable to assist you with recovering that account, then it will remain permanently tied to your current Bungie profile. As the website uses the platform authenticator systems, you must be able to login to the account. Bungie staff do not have access to the private login credentials for platform accounts of users, and cannot unlink those accounts from their end. Your only option at this point, will be to unlink your active platform accounts from your current Bungie profile, and link them to a new one. Doing so will mean losing access to any emblems or such that were redeemed on the profile, but you’ll be free of the dead Xbox account. I would suggest logging in to your profile with your PSN account, and unlinking your Steam account. Log out of Bungie.net, and then use the Steam account to login. When it asks if you wish to link to an existing profile, or create a new one, go with the new profile option. Now create a throwaway secondary Steam account, and link it to your original Bungie profile. While logged in to Bungie on the secondary Steam, unlink your PSN account. You can then link the PSN account to the new Bungie profile, and proceed with cross-save.

 • In order to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate it, which means you must be able to log into it. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link it. I would suggest contacting the plarform concerning recovering your xbl account. This will save you a lot of trouble and let you keep your current Bungie.net profile. If you are unable to gain access to your xbl account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile. If you're trying to set up cross-save, then your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile. You can see what you'll lose here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes

 • No support ticket system Also Bungie can not unlink accounts. Bungie does not have access to any account passwords.
