Kinetic Pulse rifle sunsetting
Unless I am missing something all every kinetic pulse rifle except the new cold denial will be sunsetted this fall as they all have a max power level of 1060. This is utter b.s. please keep a few others such as Blast Furnace or Bygones. Having only one option and a slow firing one at that is crap. Come on Bungie do u actually want to keep players playing or just nerf the crap out of everything and take hard earned weapons away from your most loyal players. Maybe give us a choice to keep a couple.

Bungie is also not going to allow keeping weapons. You and I both know that players are just going to take the caps off their Mountaintops, Revokers, Wendigos, and Beloveds.

I love how everyone just hates sunsetting when and just forget that the whole reason Shadowkeep felt like it wasn’t great was because of the weapons we had before were better but with sunsetting getting those guns could be better instead of just using the same guns which has made me quite bored so I’ll happily accept sun setting. Plus I just love a grind every once and a while

4 RepliesThis is also pretending beyond light doesn't introduce kinetic pulses, but chattering bone (which can be obtained solo) and the sacred provenience will still be infusable to max. I ain't gonna stop using broadsword in PvP tho, even if the max lvl number goes down.

Assuming the Beyond Light update [i]does not[/i] include a kinetic pulse rifle, the only kinetic pulses with a viable power cap will be [armory]Chattering Bone[/armory], [armory]Sacred Provenance[/armory], and [armory]Cold Denial[/armory].

All to make us grind all over again. Its a shitty tactic that has gotten very old man, like very old. And there's no shame in it for them either. The community continues to complain, and it's like "ok we hear ya, but....whatevs". I'm more upset with that mentality than the sunset issue itself.
