Why can't I purchase silver here?
So for context, I live in Japan, for reasons that shall be left unknown. And I like this game and want to buy silver so I can get the season pass, I played D1 on my Dad's account and eventually mine, we have bought everything you can buy for the game, but why can't I purchase silver?
