Cannot destroy Crystals in Luna Lost sector or in Interference.
After killing the Wizards in Interference and K1 Revelation to lower the barriers for Ctystals, I cannot destroy the Crystals. They still show as immune.

The whole means to and end/deliverence quest chain is bugged at some part. Most people seem to have either they cannot complete Means to An End, or they cannot complete Deliverance. My problem is I can finish means to an end, but then when I finish deliverance, talking to Eris at the end bugs it out. I get a 500 second "encounter remaining" cooldown, and when you hover over deliverance on your map while waiting, it shows "Need to complete Means To An End".
