Bungie killed the sword flying for the free chest in LW.
I started playing Titan and the last 3 weeks I went after the 2 free chest to try and get the taken mods and today no matter what I do at Morgeth you get the turn back message and die. This use to be when you were too high and just drop down and you would be fine. Now no matter what I try I die.
Never saw any announcement that they were removing this and I know it's a cheese but it seems like anything that benefits a player Bungie has to nerf or take away.
Its hard trying to find a team whom wants to run this old raid and the mods are helpful and now probably out of reach again. This is the chest that usually gives a mod as the one under the bridge is usually just armor and who cares about that.

Thats incorrect I did it yesterday. I ran into the same issue. Then I started the boss fight, Died and instead of restarting the boss fight I tried sword flying and it worked. If u need help my psn is: XXLegendXKillsXX

2 RepliesEdited by BackdoorBacon: 6/27/2020 3:29:42 PMI did it two days ago on my Titan and warlock. You can still get both free chests in LW. For a Titan make sure you have catapult jump on along with an adaptive frame sword and lion rampants.
