This problem has been persistent since the hotfix Tuesday. When using an Xbox One wired controller on PC ADS (Left Trigger) is randomly stuck on, or toggling between on and off rapidly. Right trigger also seems to randomly fire, though it is a little harder to reproduce. In the video linked I am NOT holding LT to ADS at all from the time I pop my super. The only time my character isn't ADS, which I am NOT pressing on the controller, is when I sprint forward. As soon as I let go of the left stick and stop sprinting my character instantly goes ADS without any controller input.
