You do not have permission to claim this reward. (1686)
Hi, I got the season's pass for season of the worthy and the website says that I have an exotic engram to claim from the previous season.
However, when I try to claim this engram from the last season, I get the "You do not have permission to claim this reward. (1686)" error code
pls help

I’m try to get season of the haunted, but when I try to get the exotic engram all it does is give me a error code. And I’m also on my main account.

2 Replies[url=https://wastedondestiny.com/1_4611686018503027032]According to the API[/url], you did not have the Season of the Worthy season pass on your main account, i.e. Xbox. This error is also displayed if you try to claim rewards by only having the SP on Stadia and did not play enough to earn those rewards.
