In Search of Answers Bug, cannot get next step from Eris
I've looked on these forums already to find a fix for the bug, but nothing I've seen has worked for me.
I just started Shadowkeep on PS4. After I finished the introduction quest and was brought to the Moon, I went to Eris to get the next quest piece. However, she has nothing to give me, and all of her bounties say "Shadowkeep progress required". My quest inventory is NOT full, and the quest is NOT at the Postmaster. I've restarted the game multiple times and still cannot get this quest.

I got stuck after collecting the 6 tablets. The quest set says 'contact Eris' but the Ghost overlay says 'survey the area and report to Eris'. Turns out there is a big rock near very the ritual/red keep (where you get the tablets) that the waypoint system is trying to take you to. I went there and my Ghost contacted Eris and let me continue the quest.

If you've purchased Shadowkeep but you don't appear to have access after completing the first mission, A Mysterious Disturbance, close out the game and [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]try restoring your licenses[/url]. Also be sure to check your map for a mission titled "In Search of Answers", which has a red icon and Eris's symbol. This step of the campaign tasks you to head to the Scarlet Keep and defeat Nightmares to collect their Phantasmal Particles.
