This happens to me about every crucible match I'm in when I get into a melee fight. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it's intended but usually I'll lunge at someone and see the animation that I'm hitting someone and it wont actually do anything. If something could be done about this it would be great. I will also see if I have video of it happening.
