Umbral Enhancement III (Prismatic Recaster, Umbral Gift)
This upgrade to the Prismatic Recaster is not consistently working on “Focused” Umbral Engrams. Weapons acquired from Pyramid-Focused Umbral Engrams contained a second final perk option as stated in the description of this Umbral Gift. Weapons acquired from Arrival-Focused Umbral Engrams did not contain a second final perk option.

I believe I saw earlier this week that Bungie acknowledged it & is looking into it.
