Personally, I'm really enjoying a build similar to the one Ehroar recently made a video on. A devour void lock running Witherhoard, Seventh Seraph VY-7, and Falling Guillotine, with Verity's Brow in your helmet slot. Oppressive darkness, lucid blade and global reach are a few perks that come to mind. I'd recommend checking out Ehroar's vid as he's far more exact and I'm a little high lol

As an alternative to what else was listed, Trinity Ghoul just got a catalyst this season that activates its Lightning Rod perk with every Arc final blow, including Arc Buddy kills. Pair it with Getaway Artist and bottom-tree Stormcaller (if you don't want to spec for Discipline) to reset your Arc Buddy timer when standing in a rift and you will light everything up.

I've been using a lot of top tree Voidwalker. I've made a build that focuses on the charged Vortex grenades because they are really good. If you want to try a build like it, just use either Verity's Brow or Contraverse Hold. And be sure to use Oppressive Darkness. Also can't go wrong with middle tree Dawnblade. Support is always good.
