Still no fix to the weekly "means to an end" weekly quest.
Look. Bungie has known about this bug since day 1 right? I was able to do week one but not week 2. IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS, WHY HAVE YOU GUYS NOT FIXED THIS. THIS IS RESTRICTING PEOPLE FROM PLAYING THE CONTENT THEY PAID FOR, EVEN IF ITS JUST $10. This is one of the main parts the of the season where we learn about savathun, Nokris, and the seed of silver wings. Please, people are tired of not being able to play the things they want to because of bugs. Fix it. I care about this game to damn much.

Everytime I have had this issue which is twice now, the end of the quest when in the cradle the mission end time is extremely long (500 seconds). When leaving the mission the bug became an issue, when waiting till the end of the countdown, my xbox updated randomly so I dont know if that could have solved the issue.

It would show up on all my characters, so when I went to the prismatoc with my main Hunter, It prompt me to claim the quest(I had already done it with my hunter) after I claimed it, it got bugged. It would prompt me everytime I visited the prismatic, and I had to cancel out of it to access the prismatic menu. Now it doesn't prompt me, but the quest is unavailable. It still has the blue crown icon around it. But the quest wont prompt when I access the prismatic. Cant believe I will miss out on the Arrival story because of some stupid bug.

I had same issue before update. Haven’t logged on yet to see if mine is still bugged. Hopefully Bungie will fix whatever is wrong. We paid for that content so we expect to be able to play it. Honestly if they communicated a little saying when it will be fixed or at least they are researching it then I would be more understanding.

I am in the same boat since hour 2 of this season. My hunter cannot finish weekly quest. But on my other two characters I can.

My friend and I are also in the same boat. Because of the stupid prismatic recaster locking us out, we can't continue the quest. Please fix this, Bungie.

I'm in the same boat as well. An update would be appreciated in an official capacity, even if it's just "We don't know what's causing it, but we're working on it". Let us know we've been seen.

I just checked, mine got fixed today, I had the same problem as you from day 1 of the season... thankfully today seems like the quest back to normal (ps4) good luck bro.

1 ReplyAfter installing today's (2020/06/23) update I was offered the 'Means to an End' quest. But when I track the quest there is no marker on Titan. An if I go to Titan, there is no Contact Public Event that I can find.

I have had the same problem and posted it on here and Twitter and bungie does not seem to care. Like why should I even play this game if I can't complete any of the quest for this season?

2 hotfix this season so far and they haven't fix the main quest of the season!!! Ffs

1 Replyi just checked, its still not fixed. Bungie if you don't prioritize this, its a WEEKLY level quest. that means some moderate effort is wasted and we lose out on a weekly reward.
