Why is scourge of the past raid also getting removed with the next DLC?!
I guess title says everything, bungie wrote what they will remove, and what will stay in the game, they wrote they will remove IO, Mars, Mercury, Titan, and leviathan, so all raids of that, menagerie, and so on, but they didnt write they will remove scourge of the past, but if you read carefully, they write with the next DLC only 3 raids will be playable, Garden, last wish, and the new raid from the DLC, but nowhere is something written about scourge of the past?! so wtf happens to that raid?

1 ReplyQuick question, didn’t Bungie make the content from vanilla D2, CoO, Warmind, and Forsaken’s annual pass free to new light players? If so maybe this is a convenient way of Bungie freeing up game space while getting rid of the raids included with new light?

4 RepliesThink about it. The next raid is going to be fallen based. What type of mods drop from scourge? Fallen mods. Mods that would give worlds first runners an advantage in the raid.

6 RepliesReally unhappy about this. The amount of content [i]leaving[/i] has stopped me from wanting to continue with this game. I am going to get my season track finished and then I am probably done. Been lacking the motivation to log in at all, and enjoying working through a heap of games that I didn't get the time to look at due to Destiny. They aren't going to replace the content with an equal amount. They struggle to make content as it is.

Idk why they would take entire raids out at all. The raid lairs (spire and EoW) are understandable, but 3 entire raids?!?! (Leviathan, crown, and scourge) idk how having less raids would make the game better.

Spire I don’t care about. So if you don’t have Anarchy (best gun in the game imo) or Tarrabah, better start grinding! D1 ended with what...4 full raids? VoG, CE, KF, and WotM. Plus all the planets we could visit. More strikes. More crucible maps? Not sure there. It just seems sus if you ask me. Especially since that game is kind of aged now. Edit: just checked. D1 had 31 crucible maps. D2 has 19...

6 RepliesWould make sense. Since they said only LW and garden gear was going to be useable going forward. Imo it's one of the lower tier raids anyways. But to be fair... we're getting VoG back next season 😎

1 ReplyNot really a raid, more like a dungeon. Making room for newer content. Most people don't do that raid anyway unless it ls for anarchy and you'll be able to obtain it another way once it's gone.

I really hope they aren't. It has nothing to do with Leviathan or the 4 Destinations getting dumped. I got used to the thought of all those other raids getting removed but not Scourge. It's a really good raid and a ton of people still play it. And don't you need Forsaken to play it or no?

3 RepliesHonestly, I am okay with SOTP leaving, it's the least fun raid (in my opinion). I am starting to make peace wiith all the other raids being taken away as well. As much as it pains me, it will just make my job, and that of my Sherpas, sooooo much easier. As for exotics, I wouldn't be surprised if Bungie add them to the loot pool or add quests or something for them

All of leviathan..... Including menagerie, tribute hall, and crown of sorrows... Which doesnt make sense. Like cool last wish an older raid stays but not crown, what are they doing with tarrabah, or anarchy, all the prestige catalysts, bad juju, 4 planets gone? Lol man what are they thinking, even if they bring them back thats still not a good idea.
