I tweeted Bungie Earlier today, I was wondering if it was an intentional design that while you have Oppressive Darkness equipped Warmind Cells won't spawn? I have an interesting build that I wanted to try out but I currently can not because OP overwrites all the Warmind Cell mods. The Warmind Cell mods work with Charged with light, so I find it strange that it wouldn't work with OP. I hope it's a Bug and gets fixed soon because I would love to optimize the DPS I can put out.
