Hello,
I donated $100 during the charity stream last week, and since then have received no confirmation from Bungie or St. Jude’s that it was received, only a confirmation of payment via PayPal.
While I understand that Bungie has no part in St. Jude’s sending an email, is it normal to have a delay in communications this long? If so, I will continue to wait for the email confirm in question (as from what I have heard from other donors the emblem(s) will be delivered later on this season; if not, is there a way for me to get confirmation on this? I have a screenshot of my screen name on the donation feed as well as a receipt of the PayPal transaction if needed.

St judes were not meant to email you a receipt. Your paypal confirmation is just that. It has confirmation of funds delivered if it went through. It has worked like this many times for their charity events.
