How will legacy titles (Wayfarer, Chronicler, etc) be impacted by Vault?

Subject says it all - will we still be able to attain the legacy titles?

My guess is no. But as they are being vaulted and returning later...it's possible they will still be obtainable. Just significantly slower. Grind now...grind hard. You have until September.
