Seventh Seraph weapons no longer spawn Warmind Cells!
Were Warmind Cells removed from Seventh Seraph weapons so they no longer spawn? I didn't get any cells while using my seventh seraph weapons today, and I didn't see the text on the weapon stating that they could spawn warmind cells.
What's up with that?

None of your characters seem to have a mod on that would generate cells. You do have Global Reach, which only enhances the effects, but does not generate them on its own.
