Pinnacles deopping at base light or +1
A very high percentage of my pinnacle drops are either dropping even with my base light or only plus 1. Its bad enough that the bulk of them are energy weapons (yet again after 3 years of this) but come on. Preemptive note, yes I know how to balance my gear before hand I assure you that they are legit even/+1
