😂😂 read they TOS pal. We pay for the license to play the game that Bungie creates however they decide to “create” it. They could remove everything but Crucible and you STILL legally couldn’t do anything to them. (Fun fact, in the Apple TOS, they at one point had a clause that was about not using their devices or software to create a nuclear weapon, but nobody read that agreement in full 😂)

Sigh. You paid for access to a live service game, not the content they provide, are you surprised that after 4 years the game will have to cycle out old content? Also, theyre cycling out content thats barely played, something like less than 2% of playtime was spent on the 4 planets being removed in the fall. Its not that big of a detriment to the overwhelming majority of the playerbase.

They are [i]vaulting[/i] ,as in taking things out of the game to put them back later, kinda like FortNite which you seem to play from the way you type and spell.

They are actually not stealing, they are storing it in the Bungie Vault for later use. They call it "Destiny Content Vault" so they store it for us, to make room for New Stuff. We actually don't own any of this stuff, I think we are renting or borrowing it from Bungie. I think I read it once in the Terms of use. I think I met one other gamer that actually read all of these terms and conditions once like 10 years ago. sigh...another poor soul that didn't read and/or understand the terms of the license agreement that they agreed to. you don't buy any content. period. get it? you buy a license to use/play bungie's content. and since it's their content, they can do with it whatever they want to. you simply need to decide when/if the time comes to renew your license to play their content.

You can’t do anything. It’s in the ToS and user agreement.

They literally have to remove some old content. The game is getting way too large in terms of file sizes. That's partly why loading takes so long...especially on consoles. They didn't have the resources for a full on sequal...so this is the compromise. Also, the planets aren't going away forever from my understanding. The content vault will allow them to shelve things and rotate them back in later.

I say we take them to court. At least Luke would do some walking to court. Walking is good for your health.

Read the user agreement you blindly accept when you’re trying to play the game. This is covered by it.
