I just started playing again after playing at launch. I have the new DLC and when I play on a character that I had from launch, the new quest starts but when I created a new character I can't figure out how to get the quest to start on that character. The only difference I could see is that the other characters completed the main story from launch, but everything I have seen says that is optional. Because of this I can't do any of the questline that leads to unlocking the new engrams. Does anybody know how to get this quest started?
