In the face of darkness bug
Since last week the quest says to “claim the weekly means to an end quest from the prismatic recasted” but when I go there nothing happens. I can’t complete the mission “interference” and I didn’t got this week quest.

It’s been happening with me too and the weird thing for me is that it’s not working for my character that I major in, the other two characters I have are working fine though, it’s so lame that I can’t use my main for the quest

1 ReplyI have the same bug, I think it had something to do with doing the quest on my main and then logging on my alt starting the questline, but not actually finishing the contact % requirement on the alt and logging back on the main. Anyway so I guess there is no fix yet, no pinnacle this week...

Saw someone on here talking about not being able to transform umbrals, on PC (controller, PS4) I found pressing circle or the generic back button worked. Still experiencing it tho

Same. Last week it at least showed the text for the quest, but I couldn't accept it. Clicking did nothing, and hitting Enter would just open the chat. This week I don't even get the text. It just goes straight to the main Recaster interface.

I can't do anything with the new Umbrals. And they have my slots all filled up and I can't get to my Legendary Engrams. I have to destroy an Umbral to get one Legendary from Post Office then run back and forth from Post Office to Master Rahool.

I have the same issue and have since Day 1 of the season on my main character. I have been able to do the missions on my second and third characters but for this to happen on my MAIN is intolerable. Please fix ASAP.

Bungie is aware of this and has been since the first day of the season. They are refusing to fix it. We already bought the Season Pass so they literally don't care. There is no mechanism to receive a refund and they know it.

Weren’t y’all supposed to release a patch for this yesterday?! I’m still experiencing this issue! I can’t accept the engram the drifter is giving me because I’m umbral engrams inventory is full. I can’t move them or delete any. How much gear am I going to miss out on? Are you guys going to give us some kind of gear or exotic for this crap? Haven’t played since destiny 1 and I finally decide to start playing this past weekend and can’t enjoy the game now cause of this..

I had the same thing, completed the quest line on my main and one alt, played a few days then started quest line on my third toon...after completing the first step (ready to claim the quest) i could not and now all three of my characters are at the same spot in the quest line, even though I completed it on my other two. I am concerned that I will be a week behind.
