Im trying to claim previous season rewards and am getting 'error 1686'. Why?
I'm trying to get Tommy's matchbook from the previous season, but it won't let me even though I own the season pass from said previous season.

2 RepliesYou do not own the previous Season Pass for Season of the Worthy. Having the Stadia Pro version of the game does not grant you the Season Pass, it simply unlocks access to that content when playing on the Stadia platform. Using the Past Seasons on Bungie.net does not use your Stadia access. You would have had to actually purchase the Season Pass in order to be able to retrieve unlocked rewards from last season on Bungie.net for the Premium Track. You own the Season of Arrivals Season Pass, which is the current season. It is not retroactive and does not give you access to Premium rewards from Season of the Worthy.
