I am trying to complete the lock and key step for the izanagis burden quest, and it requires me to compete a rare black armory bounty. However, the rare black armory bounty I have, the final step is to complete a a heroic adventure anywhere in the solar system as there final step. I completed the heroic version of the rifleman on the tangled shore and it did not count. Needless to say I am very confused by this and don't know hope to proceed.
