Crucible sucks now for us below average players getting stuck with try-hards.. no -blam!-ing way to get kills. I'll be done and alot like me if don't go back to skill level base matches.

8 RepliesLet me tell you a secret. For the AVERAGE player, the difference in experience between SBMM and CBMM should be fairly small. SBMM: Average player matches average player. Enough said. Pretty self explanatory. CBMM: Players are matched from the entire pool. However, assuming a normal distribution of skill, almost 70% of the playerbase fall within 1 standard deviation of one another in terms of skill. 95% within 2 standard deviations. So statistically, average players will match average players. So statistically, the experience of the average player in CBMM vs SBMM will be small. You might see more variety in skill in loadouts in CBMM, but that's because not as many people feel the need to run the meta to compete. So you're below average. Big deal. Play more. Learn. Nobody in any of your recent games have been top tier sweatlords. Literally become an average player and your problems go away. CBMM benefits those who are around the mean in skill level, and those above. It also allows for far more variety in builds for everyone. It also shortens queue times and reduces lag. SBMM benefits below average players, such as yourself, and average players. Anyone else gets lag, bad matches, poor lobby balancing, and long queue times. Variety also tanks for everyone. But that's okay because it benefits you? Alright.

11 RepliesEdited by sKiZoMoNki: 6/16/2020 12:55:16 PMCrucible is much better now. The hit detection is crispy and the waiting times are acceptable. To all the "power fantasy" addicted players: You have to invest time to get good at something. Just because Bungie makes everything so easily go "Boom Boom" in PvE does not mean that you are a good player. Like in real life you will have to get rekt before you start rekking others. So enjoy the ride or just go back to "Boom Boom-you're a God" mode. Edit: It's mind-boggling how people would downvote my comment. Do you really need to feel powerful to enjoy a game? Bungie needs to stop handing everything to the spoiled and entitled kids out here.

4 RepliesThe only way to get SBMM back is to have your voice heard. Make post on the forum asking for sbmm back. Like all the post that want it back. And stop playing crucible. And tell your friends and have them spread the word. Don't play crucible, Show Bungie how we feel. Boycott crucible tell your friends

1 ReplyWhy are you playing PVP?

3 RepliesNone of you Destiny gamers are normal... quit deluding yourselves. All of you are diseased.

3 RepliesActually I find it much more relaxed. Sure, you run into the occasional sweat but it’s no where near as bad as it was. JMO

23 RepliesQuit playing or play the bare minimum for the weekly milestones. If enough of us abstain hopefully this change will be reverted in September.

1 Reply"Just get better" is a dumb reply. Some people don't religiously play this video game and therefore will never have the time to get better. Some people might only play 2-4 hours a week because they have other things in life that need addressed. For those people, sbmm is far better because you get to experience the game with other people who play 2-4 hours a week. With cbmm you end up playing with people who play 20 hours a week, and you'll likely never have a fair or interesting firefight. That's not fun for either player

9 RepliesSo you’re terrified of getting better at the game and would rather face weak players instead? Sad

Edited by Kantong teh: 6/17/2020 1:48:32 AMStop crying. Man up and take on a challenge. I sucked and got my ass kicked but kept trying. I didn’t just cry until I only played shit players.

And the match where you fave goods they might be on your team and u get a frre win Maybe relax and work on things you can control, like your skill level

5 RepliesAs a normal player I disagree
-
I disagree, within the last month I switch to full time M&K. I would consider myself average (at best) on M&K and above average on controller. With CBMM I can try out different loadouts without getting stomped but also I have the chance to play players in the higher bracket so I can get a feel if I was improving. Others can also try different load outs I was tired of seeing the same two loadouts all the time, The Last Sparebenders and Revoker (Astral Horizon in their as well) Hard Light. With SBMM I was stuck with a 0.9-1.3 KD nearly every game. No way to tell if I was improving or not and so couldn’t play with my friends who were below average at Crucible because they would get murdered. Now they can have decent game with me or rough games but it isn’t one or the other.

I said this in another thread Give it time for the dust to settle. CbMM just got reintroduced, of course full stacks and try hard will be playing it because they know odds are they'll end up winning easily. Give it a week or two and they won't be as plentiful.

2 RepliesYou’re below average, you’re the minority. No SBMM caters towards the MAJORITY. It’s a democracy get over it
-
1 ReplyYou will also be paired with try hards on your team. Just say that you are an entitled scrub that wants a safe space to play in, instead of challenging yourself to get better.
-
31 RepliesFact is most people who do not like the change A. hardly play or B. SBMM still did not work for them its just a nice idea thinking it actually helps. The game for most has improved dramatically. No longer waiting 10 minutes to match up with someone across the world, hit detection is better, less lag. This all coming from an avg player (not a 1% elitist). Just as in SBMM you will have both good and bad games. Keep playing you'll get better. SBMM never worked as advertised and did more harm than good, hence as to why it was removed from the game.

2 RepliesRegardless wether you get SBMM back or not won't change the fact that you'll get pubstomp
