[spoiler]If light wasn't such a garbage timegate then afk grinding would be completely unnecessary in the first place.[/spoiler]
People who want to afk farm should use lfg to match up with like-minded players at the very least. Jumping into the matchmaking with less than a full fireteam risks screwing over other players trying to actually complete the forges.

If you bring your light lower than 750, it will match you with others with the same idea and not ruin someone's experience. (tested)

That certainly helps, but not everyone is bright enough to do that.

Ugh I’m upset for ppl trying to do forges as a normal activity but are being dragged down by AFK ppl. I’ve experienced this since the forges came out, I know how debilitating it can feel

I know I've been screwed over. I just wanna work on my Black Armory seal before half the content in the game gets put down to pasture, but it's pretty difficult when every queue is filled with afkers.
