Cross save still not working
My brother had cross save from playstation and plays with me on xbox but his account is bugged whenever he picks his character it takes him to orbit and his ship is missing and his character appears to have a light level of 0 when it should be close to 1000. He tried logging in on my xbox as well and had the same issue. Please fix I miss playing with my brother on xbox thanks.

3 RepliesYour brother can resolve the issue themselves by removing the platform account that is dormant from the clan it is in. When you have cross save enabled, only have the cross save account joined to a clan. Any other accounts you have linked in cross save need to be removed from any clans they might be in.
