Weapons that should return to destiny.
Sidearms: vestian dynasty, dregs promise, the wormwood
Rocket launchers: Gjallarhorn
Sniper rifles: ice breaker, no land beyond
Swords: dark-drinker, bolt-caster, raze-lighter, the young wolf’s howl
Edit: Should any D 1 armor sets return?!

5 RepliesVestian dynasty is already in the game. Dreg’s promise wouldn’t be very special, we already have last hope and other burst sidearms What is the wormwood...? Bringing Gjallarhorn back would ruin it’s legacy. No land beyond would be overpowered. Ice breaker would be overpowered. All 4 swords are already in the game.

-Vestian Dynasty is in the game I think, was in Forsaken -all of those swords are in the game, just YWH is an aggressive frame exclusive to titans -Gjallerhorn should stay in D1 and be remembered as the powerhouse it was, not some watered down bullcrap that itll become if brought to D2 -Dregs Promise was trash, no one wants it -Wormwood wouldnt make a difference in D2 since theres mny other sidearms to choose from -Icebreaker would be so broken in crucible since it regens ammo, would encourage camping and it would be unfun -NLB would be a good idea if they simply make it a legendary archetype as well. Iron sights snipers would be fun to use. Maybe NLB could have a new exotic perk since its previous one was it was in the primary slot. Only unique about it would be it takes primary ammo

Nope better not. That have been nice weapons and in d2 bungie finds always a way to cripple every good weapon so best way to honour that weapons is to leave them in d1.

1 ReplyThe exotics swords are literally already in the game as legendaries. Revoker is basically a mini ice breaker, deathbringer is just a void gjallarhorn, vestian dynasty is also in the game. So basically you want no land beyond and the dregs promise sidearm?

Don’t get me wrong, I loved and miss Gjally, but I don’t want it to come to D2. If added in, it would not be as good as we remember, even if it were- considering bungie’s track record, it would only be nerfed
