Can't get falling giliotine from season pass but already passed lvl 30.
Game shows that i'm already claimed falling giliotine from season pass. But i don't have it in my vault and can't take it from collection. No sword in umbral engrams pool too. What should i do to get it?

Since I believe it does not drop from random sources (not sure), there is 1 solution that I know to this - you need to reach rank 45 and claim cold denial. You can't get falling guillotine from umbral engrams until you have both season pass weapons (no idea why, kind of stupid) so just grind til rank 45 and pray to rng that you get a good rolled falling guillotine.

Your collections show you as having it so you must have claimed it. It can’t be acquired from collections as it is a random roll. I’m not sure how you can tell if it’s in the lootpool given that RNG is such a b****. Try making a couple of Arrival Focused Engrams.
