Hello, a couple days ago I downloaded Destiny 2 on pc after an uninstall for space.
On day 1 I had no issues with the game, on day 2 and forward I can’t play more than 10-15 minutes at a time as I either get booted to the start screen with error code ‘Weasel’ or reload into the planet I’m on with no enemies spawning.
I’m on a wired connection with open NAT, confirmed by both Destiny and other tests and speeds way beyond what Destiny requires.
I also have both an Xbox and PlayStation wired to the same network which both work flawlessly.
The problem only persists on pc as far as I can tell. Everything else that’s network related keeps working.
I can talk to my friends without issues even when disconnected while YouTube and Spotify can keep playing without any interruption.

3 RepliesThanks for your report. This sounds like a connection issue of some kind is occurring, and could be an internet service provider issue. Below are suggestions that may help with your issue:
1. Use a wired connection rather than Wi-Fi 2. Quit any program or turn off other devices that are streaming 3. Clear your console cache or, if on PC, verify the integrity of your game files. I’m having the same problem. I can barely even load into a match on pc without it kicking me out, supposedly due to my network. I keep checking my network and it’s working fine. When I play on Xbox my experience is fine, it’s only on pc so far that I’m having this problem. I had never had any problem like this until the release of the current season.

Update: tried playing again today and I was able to complete a strike and run around on Mars / Io for about an hour, no issues in sight. I did a network reset on my pc but I doubt that’s what fixed it considering it was supposed to work before too. Other than that the only change I can think of was that I stopped Riot Vanguard from running.
