[spoiler]MCXXII, Forthcoming. Recorded by Scribe Ixolt Thus did the Shadow of Earth slay Shin Malphur, forger of the Golden Gun. And as the Emperor's influence stretched far and wide across the system of Sol, a Guardian, a jealous rogue, began to slaughter the Shadows of Emperor Calus. So, in what seemed as an attempt at peace, the Emperor invited the rogue aboard the Leviathan, promising a bountiful dinner with delicacies from all systems. So the rogue accepted the invitation. But the cunning Emperor set a trap for the killer of Shadows. For he commanded all of his best psions act as servants, and his greatest Centurions preform as actors in a play, all waiting to strike the rouge at any given moment. And finally,  to ensure the Shadow killer would be no more, the Emperor instated the Shadow of Earth at his side for the entirety of the feast. And so, the killer arrived upon the Leviathan and was led to the great banquet hall, where the Emperor nd the Shadow of Earth were seated. "Come, my guest. Sit and eat! Taste the delectable treats my chefs have prepared and revel in their deliciousness!" The Emperor exclaimed. But no sooner after these words were spoken did the Shadow killer become a blazing pillar, and in his hand, he held a gun of fire. And to many in the hall it seemed as if the Emperor would die and that doom was all too certain. But the Emperor did not fear the rouge or his gun of fire, for the great Emperor only feared death. And the rouge was not death. And as the first flaming bullet shot forth from the barrel of the blazing weapon, the Shadow of Earth lunged towards the rogue, absorbing the burning bullet, and tackling the foe to the ground. And in the struggle, the killer's weapon was knocked aside, leaving the rouge to fend for himself. "Who are you, pathetic waste, that you would dare attempt assassination on the great Emperor Calus?" Demanded the Shadow of Earth pinning the rouge to the golden floors of the banquet hall. "I am Shin Malphur." The rouge said, stabbing a previously concealed knife into the Shadow. And so, in a dramatic and devastating finale, the Shadow of Earth fell over, dead and defeated by Shin Malphur, killer of Shadows. But as the rouge Shin Malphur stood, he was suddenly taken by the neck and lifted high into the air. And as he held the wretch Shin Malphur high, the Emperor declared to those in the banquet hall: "This festering leech, who has taken so much from me, who had caused my joy to turn to mourning, will meet his disastrous end today! For that is the way when you toil with the workings of the great and glorious Emperor Calus and his champions!" And at these words, the Emperor crush Shin Malphur, relishing the crunch of his bones and armour. And when Malphur's pitiful Ghost arose to revive the rouge, the newly resurrected Shadow of Earth shot the companion soul dead. And Shin Malphur was no more+. + To my dearest Scribe Ixolt: This recording was an atrocity at best. And at worst, a writing deserving of banishment from the great and glorious Emperor's servitude. This horrid account was riddled with inaccuracy and falsification so great that no being of sentience could possibly read it and believe a word of it.
