Destiny accounts on Ps4 - Ps5
With the announcement of the Ps5, I have some questions about accounts.
Do I have to enable cross save to play on next gen or will I just be able to sign in automatically?
If I buy the beyond light DLC for Ps5 will I have to re-buy forsaken and shadowkeep?
Will other purchases transfer over?
My anxiety is strong😖

3 RepliesYou will sign in with your existing account on a PS5 and your game progress/data will appear as it does when playing on PS4. Cross save will not be needed to do anything between PS4 and PS5 because you will still be using your one and only PSN account. If you own Forsaken and Shadowkeep on PS4 you will automatically have those DLC's when playing on the same account on a PS5. Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light would be the only Destiny 2 related purchases you can make on Playstation today and yes, all those will be unlocked for free on a PS5 if you log in with the PSN account you use today on PS4. If you're referring to other games besides Destiny you would be best advised to go to those respective game sites to ask that question as Bungie cannot assist you with how other games will work on PS5.
