Previous season pass exotic engram lost.
Hello. I saw that many people don't claim their exotic engrams on the season pass. instead they claim it after the season have finished from bungie.net then season progress then go to previous season pass and claim your exotic engrams. anyways i did the same and claimed the engrams but when i opened my game i didn't find it. i checked all 3 characters and postmaster but nothing yet. is this a bug?

Edited by sleekspeed22: 11/30/2022 3:00:16 PMseems like this bug is back... last night...at first it said to ensure I have 10 slots free on my postmaster... so I cleared out some room. and it let me claim 2 exotic, 1 legendary engrams, and exotic cipher... but I didn't look in game as I claimed them from the bungie site... and the engrams are no where to be found. This was on my titan... I check my other characters just in case something went wrong and it went to them... my warlock was nearly full 19/21... and is still at that level. :(

I did the same now my exotic engrams are no where to be found. hoping bungie will fix this. Regards
