Cannot find “Beyond Light” emblem on the collections and cannot transfer it between characters
I am on steam and i have pre ordered the beyond light expansion deluxe edition however i can only use the emblem that came with the pre order bonus on the character i was currently playing as i ordered the expansion, that being a warlock.
Now i wish to add it to my hunter like other emblems but it is nowhere to be found on collections , master no longer has it and the companion app has listed it as classified with the statement “keep it secret keep it safe” and is preventing me from transferring it with that method too.
I am on steam and i adore the emblem but i no have no way of getting it in any other characters please help me out.

So I pre ordered the deluxe edition of beyond light, stopped playing, and now recently got back into it. All my old characters were brought up to 1100, and some friends of mine wanted to get into D2 so i kept all of my old characters gear and deleted them. It might seem silly at the time, but i thought if i made a new character it would be faster to level up my light level. Anyways, my old titan had the preorder emblem and i believe i stored it, and if not i deleted him with it equipped. i thought that it would save to my account. Now recently, i really wanted to equip it to my characters but its no where to be seen. Hope that someone can help, or people can relate to this.

3 RepliesYeah I'm having pretty much the same issue I had it for a little bit. like it showed up in my inventory but I didn't really feel like using it at that time last night. so I did the natural thing that you would do with emblems you don't want to currently use, which is to "store them" normally that would move them into the collections menu. for you to retrieve later, well now it's just gone! so I don't know what to do now FML!

Same here. Pre order stuff turned up at Rahool eventually while I was levelling my Titan. Picked the bonus stuff up but now can't get the emblem on my main (warlock). Flair - Emblems - General did have glowing diamond to show new entry but there's nothing new in there and the diamond went after a day or so. If I look in the destiny app at my Titan inventory the emblem is there but with no thumbnail and title says 'Classified' and there's no transfer option. If I tap on it there's the text 'keep it secret. Keep it safe'. Would love to be able to have this emblem on my warlock.

Same here on Xbox, I purchased the pre order digital deluxe edition and cannot find the pre order rewards. I've seen others get them from master rahool but I dont see them there

1 ReplyI can confirm, it doesn't appear in collections, the "General" tab under emblems is glowing as if there's a new item, but the emblem doesn't appear in there.
