Apparently it only affects good players....

It is a console thing, I did a little survey and only about half of my friend’s list has been affected by the bug. I have not and neither have you but it is there

I’m on Xbox and my characters movement is not fluid at all . It now feels as if I’m riding an old rickety wooded roller coaster

What Character? My Titan feels slow and less fluid. I just stop playing.
