Ok so I've downloaded beyond light dlc and didn't get anything
I've downloaded beyond light and didn't get the pre order bonus it's not even in my installed section

Players should ensure that they have their pre-order items installed by Managing their game and then visit Master Rahool in the Tower to claim them.

1 Replysimilar problem. When I go to "manage DLC" it says "downloading" but there is no activity. When I play the game it's still prompting me to buy the season pass. I paid for the deluxe edition.
