Pre-Order of Beyond Light not registering in Eververse.
Purchased Beyond Light Deluxe Edition through the Eververse shortcut to the Xbox Games Store. However in the Eververse it has no indication that I have done such. The pre-order bonus items that are listed as instant access (ghost, emblem, emote) do not appear to be available obtainable anywhere either. I have checked my games and it shows them as being installed already.

Try going to “ My games and apps” —> “Full library” —> “All owned games” —> “Destiny 2” —> “Manage” —> then uninstall the Deluxe Edition along with the Pre-Order DLCs —> then reinstall all. This worked for me and I now have my preorder items from Master Rahool

@BNGhelp6 I preordered the Deluxe Edition on Tuesday. Only have the sparrow and pulse rifle addons available in the store. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the bundle, but still nothing. The emblem and emote addons are not even showing up in the store for the Deluxe Edition.

10 RepliesHi. Thanks for your report. You may have to go to your Xbox home screen, Manage the game, and install any DLC that you see. Once you do that, log out and log back into the game, then visit Master Rahool's inventory in the Tower.

Yep payed for both deluxe beyond light bundle the arrival emote bundle and neither have showed up

15 Replieshope you get a non panned answer, i was told to install and clear cache..i already made sure all was installed but i am clearing cache as we speaak to see if that fixes it.
